(Junior) Recruiter

- As part of our team you will have the opportunity to be involved in various roles in all types of business areas (marketing, automotive, pharmacy, aviation, and many more);
- You will manage a few open roles end-to-end – you will participate in meetings with hiring managers up to negotiating offers;
- You will be the active player in the overall recruitment process both with candidates and clients;
- We will support you in understanding the specifics of the role and through the whole way in finding relevant candidates;
- And we will expect you to be curious and proactive so that you could find and attract candidates;
- You will be responsible for candidates’ experience in the process – we support and consult our candidates and we provide them with great overall interviewing experience;
- You will use various channels to attract potential candidates – via social media channels, LinkedIn, job postings, internal database…we go above and beyond for the best talents;
- We learn the specifics of the roles we recruit and this gives us the opportunity to learn something new every day
What would you need to be a good fit for our team?
- To be passionate about recruitment – to be open for progressive learning and career growth;
- You need to have sales approach so that you could understand and identify the needs of the candidates and deliver excellent candidate experience;
- To be active and proactive – we have a lot of cold-calling on a daily basis and we often come across objections and declines (more often we receive positive feedback and offers);
- To be bold and have initiative – we do headhunting for most of our roles (but don’t worry, it is fun and we will give you the basics);
- If you have previous experience in a similar role (preferably), it would be great and we will develop further your potential;
- If you don’t have relevant experience, we expect you to have any experience in sales or a call center as this would help you understand better the business and yet upgrade your skills and knowledge;
- Excellent (indeed outstanding) communication skills – it is the main part of our job to communicate with people
- You are patient and curious to understand our clients’ needs and seek the best talents;
