Our client is an international software development company, specialized in the integration and support of telecom software and innovative cyber technology solutions. For their Sofia based office, we are currently looking for an experienced:
HR GENERALIST
Your responsibilities:
• Management of the recruitment processes;
• Participation in the induction and development of the employees;
• Support and organization of internal assessment and review processes;
• Employer Branding activities and event management ( career fairs, forums, etc.) ;
• Cooperation and support to the Team Managers in the Company in all employee-related issues;
• Support of all issues regarding the Labor legislation;
• Participation in the preparation and analysis of the exit interviews for employees and suggestions for corrective actions;
Your profile:
• 3+ years of experience as an HR Specialist and/or HR Generalist;
• Experience in IT recruitment and HR administration;
• Excellent English level;
• Very good Labor legislation knowledge;
• Relevant university degree;
• Communicative, multitasking and energetic person;
• A team player but able to work independently;
• Proactive and oriented to the deadline.
