DIGITAL PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER
You are a good fit if you have:
• 2+ years of people management experience;
• 4+ years’ experience in performance-based user acquisition role (experience with a mobile app will be considered as an advantage);
• Experience with: managing budget, building business strategies, campaign performance, data analysis and recommendations, financial and growth forecasts;
• Experience with data analysis (Excel, SQL, Tableau);
• Very good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent English, spoken and written;
• Passion about social experiences and music;
Your responsibilities:
• Manage the user acquisition team and optimize multi-million-dollar performance marketing campaigns (via Google, Facebook, video networks, etc.);
• Run mobile UA and re-engagement campaigns and maximize ROI;
• Improve the performance of existing and new channels; communicate results; give recommendations;
• Work closely with external partners to run UA initiatives and to provide product improvement recommendations;
