PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST
You are a good fit if you have:
· 2+ years of relevant procurement experience in an international company (experience in an IT environment will be considered as an advantage);
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
· Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills;
· Ability to cooperate and interact effectively at all levels of the organization;
· Experience with ERP systems;
· Full proficiency with MS Office suite;
· Fluent English – both writing and speaking;
Your responsibilities:
· Accountable for the operational procurement processes from purchase requisitions to order confirmation;
· Traces the ordering and delivery processes of suppliers and takes corrective expediting actions;
· Process vendor documentation and invoices using the ERP and other related tools;
· Maintain, monitor and control inventories of materials necessary to meet company demands;
· Prepare reports as required;
· Meet objectives and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning;
